Scott M. Rodman joined Tuft & Arnold as an associate in February 2005. Mr. Rodman's practice focuses on family law and real estate law. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Mr. Rodman received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1999, and graduated with a Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2002. Mr. Rodman was selected as a 2007, 2008, and 2009 Rising Star Attorney by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine

While in law school, Mr. Rodman was a member and later a director of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court, where he won the title of Oral Argument Champion. Mr. Rodman was also the President of the Property Law Student Association at the University of Minnesota for two years.

After graduation, Mr. Rodman served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Cara Lee Neville in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Admitted to practice law in both New York and Minnesota, he is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association, and in 2005 he founded an organization to promote positive collegiality among family law attorneys in the Twin Cities through social and educational event planning. Mr. Rodman is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. Mr. Rodman also volunteers with the Safety Project at Chrysalis, a program devoted to providing pro bono representation for women and children who are victims of domestic abuse.  Mr. Rodman is also an Adjunct Professor at Metropolitan State University, where he teaches Business Law.

Mr. Rodman lives in Inver Grove Heights with his wife, three cats and an outnumbered beagle.
