Thomas Tuft Named Co-Chair of Washington County Program
July 2009: Thomas Tuft has been  selected as a lawyer co-chair (along with Sean Stokes of  Eckberg, Lammers, Briggs, Wolff & Vierling P.L.L.P.) of the Washington County Early Neutral Evaluation Program. This cooperative program of the bench, bar, psychologists, and financial professionals is intended to assist families going through the difficult process of divorce in resolving their disputes early with the assistance of experienced professionals to keep costs and acrimony to a minimum. This approach is being used across the state with great success. While it has been used in Washington County on an ad hoc basis, it is now being formalized to ensure consistency and quality.
