April 2007: Thomas Tuft is named to the inaugural Ramsey County Financial Early Neutral Evaluation panel. He will be one of the six attorneys in Ramsey County who will be appointed by the Ramsey County Judges and Referees to attempt to facilitate settlement family court cases shortly after commencement. This is a relatively new form of alternative dispute resolution that has been used extensively in Hennepin County and is expanding across the country.
