September 2007: Scott Rodman and Lisa Pletcher are accepted into the Warren E. Burger Inn of Court.

September 2007: Scott Rodman is named Co-Chair of the Minnesota Family Law Bush League.

July 2007: Thomas Tuft is named to the List of “Top 100” SuperLawyers® in the State of Minnesota. This is his sixth year as a SuperLawyer and second year on the “Top 100” list.

April 2007: Thomas Tuft is named to the inaugural Ramsey County Financial Early Neutral Evaluation panel. He will be one of the six attorneys in Ramsey County who will be appointed by the Ramsey County Judges and Referees to attempt to facilitate settlement family court cases shortly after commencement. This is a relatively new form of alternative dispute resolution that has been used extensively in Hennepin County and is expanding across the country.

April 2007: Valerie Downing Arnold presents a continuing legal education seminar entitled “3rd Party Custody” for the Washington County Bar Association on April 12, 2007.

January 2007: Thomas Tuft is named to the List of the Top 40 Family Law SuperLawyers. This is the third consecutive year he has been named to this list. A profile will appear in the February/March 2007 edition of Minnesota Law & Politics.

December 2006: Scott Rodman is named a Rising Star Attorney by Law & Politics Magazine.

November 2006: Thomas Tuft presents a continuing legal education internet seminar to a national audience of attorneys. The seminar focuses on interstate and international child custody jurisdiction issues.

July 2006: Thomas Tuft has been named to the List of “Top 100” SuperLawyers® in the State of Minnesota. This is his fifth year as a SuperLawyer and first year on the “Top 100” list.

June 2006: Thomas Tuft is elected Transformation Coordinator of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. In that role he will coordinate the long range planning of the organization.
