December		Scott Rodman is named a Rising Star Attorney by Law & Politics Magazine.
November		Thomas Tuft presents a continuing legal education internet seminar to a national audience of attorneys. The seminar focuses on interstate and international child custody jurisdiction issues.
September		Kristin Ybarra joins the firm as a legal secretary.
September		The Minnesota State Bar Association publishes the "Minnesota Custody and Child Support Deskbook," which includes a chapter on "Interstate and International Jurisdiction and Custody Issues" co-authored by Thomas Tuft and Valerie Arnold.
